The quality management system of AFA is, since 1996, approved by Lloyd's Register QA Ltd. according to the quality management standard BS EN ISO 9001 and applies to the design, manufacture, overhaul and repair of heat exchangers and pressure vessels. Because of the consecutive certification of more than 10 years , Lloyd's Register QA Ltd. presented a Gold Award to AFA.
Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EG - (PED)
Since 2002 AFA is certified according to the PED modules A, D1, H and H1. This means that AFA, independent of the examination class, can design, produce and do inspections in own management.
Accredited Learning Company
In order for the future to continue to provide timber AFA has become recognized training company for young people to lead to professionals in welding, sheet metal work or bench work.
