These heat exchangers can be manufactured both horizontally and vertically, with each carrying its specific application and benefits. In both versions, the steam chamber is, preferably in the bundle, so that heating of the water and therefore a tougher regulation is limited. The material choice depends on the application and the operating conditions of the heat exchanger and your specific needs. For example, for drinking water applications it's possible, in copper, to manufacture the bundle double walled and provide it with detection openings.
