Afa- Aalsmeer emerges from the forge of C. Lanser, which was founded in 1901. There is increasing demand for the manufacture of heating systems because horticulture has developed around Aalsmeer. Around 1950 it was finally desided to establish a separate department to personally design and manufacture pressure vessels and heat exchangers. Eventually the company grew so that in 1987 it is decided to continue as two independent companies.
